It is the Walkman of the 21st century.

Tricking out your iPod

Centre Daily Times
iPodsA top-of-the-line iPod holds just less than 40 gigabytes of free space ready for the filling, and not all of it has to be music. The iPod add-ons don't have the whiz-bang appeal of the music device itself, but some are nifty enough to please niche audiences -- especially those whose iPod capacities are bigger than their music libraries.

Make your own Pirate Radio Station with an iPod

Engadget
iPodsAfter playing around with the new iTrip mini, the FM broadcasting accessory for the iPod, we thought we might be able to make the range of Griffin's iTrip mini a little better if we took it apart and exposed the antenna. iTunes' new audio encoding is amazing

The Post-Standard
iTunesBut my enthusiasm got a boost this spring when Apple introduced a new version of iTunes for both Mac OS X computers and Windows PCs. Almost hidden away in the improvements in the current version is a new, lossless method of compressing audio for your iTunes collection.
